Since 1972, the McGarey name has been synonymous with real estate. That’s when the matriarch of the family Joan McGarey, began selling fine homes in Scottsdale, Arizona. In 1985, Christopher - the youngest of seven of which six are brothers who are all in real estate - began to pave his own path at Miken Development, a prominent commercial development firm in Scottsdale. In 1988 he relocated to Newport beach, CA where he joined one of the top producing sales teams of Marcus & Millichap as director of research and development. 

In 1990, McGarey moved to Las Vegas, where he was recruited to launch a ground-up commercial property management division for NAI/Americana Commercial Group, the largest commercial real estate firm in the city. Determined to keep up with Las Vegas’ explosive growth in the 90’s, McGarey and his team grew from one property to over forty-two properties totaling 2.2 million square feet almost overnight. Then in 2003 McGarey opened his own brokerage firm under the name of McGarey Partners -Commercial Real Estate Services, a boutique commercial management and leasing firm. Once again, he and his team soon became one of the highest grossing and most productive third-party management firms in Las Vegas.

In 2009 McGarey Partners was recruited to rejoin the firm of Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS®, now known as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices - Nevada Properties to expand the company’s services to include all facets of investment property management. for the past fifteen years, the McGarey Campa Group has been ranked as Berkshire Hathaway’s number one commercial team in Nevada and for ten out of the past fifteen years, the number one team in the U.S. McGarey holds numerous prestigious real estate designations including: CCIM – Certified Commercial Investment Member and CPM® - Certified Property Manager. With a natural acumen for the real estate business coupled with an innate passion for providing the best service, McGarey has consistently provided added value for his clients through his incomparable ability to lease manage income producing properties.
